:Introduction

Pulse Computing Strategies respects each individual's right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at Pulse Computing Strategies' Web site.

Part I. Information Collection

Pulse Computing Strategies collects information through our Web site at several points. We collect the following information about primary visitors: via opt in email subscriptions and requests for both products and services.

We may also collect email addresses of those persons referred by our users, [such as service / product referrals or gift purchases.] Pulse Computing Strategies does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We collect only the aforementioned data in order to generate newsletters, sales letters,  product follow-up and special offers. 

We verify the accuracy of this information by the enclosure of "opt out" clauses in all electronic communication.

We collect this information through  registration forms, clickstream tracking, automatic logging files, and autoresponder mailbots. The data captured by these means would include general demographic (point of origin - city, state / province and country), name, email address, telephone and facsimile numbers may be included if offered freely by the consumer.
All information other than general demographics is collected voluntarily. To receive our products and services,  personal information is required  for point of sale reasons and shipping. Other information we request is optional.

We do employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user's computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable Pulse Computing Strategies to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users. Our cookies   have an expiration date. Our cookies  do not collect personally identifiable information.

Banner advertising appearing on our Web site may collect  anonymous "pass through" id's used to facilitate referral commissions. Third parties may collect similar information at our Web site.

Part II. Information Usage.

The information collected by Pulse Computing Strategies will be used for sales, commission and follow-up generation. Users who provide information may receive newsletters, product and service promotions, email announcements or advertisements. Registered users will  receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.
The information we collect  will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history and will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources [such as credit history to authorize purchases].
We may share data with the following third parties: 2CheckOut.com (our registered SSL Merchant Account Provider, and / or our software suppliers, only if required.  99% of all secure transactions are completed without our intervention. These third parties will use the information  specifically to expedite product / service delivery.
Users may choose to not  have their information shared with third parties.
We offer links to other Web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies as their standards may differ from ours.

Should our Web site offer, forums or message boards please be advised that information posted in these venues becomes public knowledge.
If our policy on information collection or uses changes, will advise you by email within 1 week of policy change.

Part III. Access to Information

Pulse Computing Strategies assures its users that they may have their information deleted from our database at any time. A simple email request is all that is required.

Pulse Computing Strategies protects user information with the following security measures: cookie storage is maintained on a PC behind a router and firewall, all financial transactions are are hosted on secure third party servers, that are easily identified as such.
